Vanilla Cranberry Smoothie

Cranberries are one of those excellent ingredients for our overall health but they’re not super palatable. What do we do with those? Toss them into a smoothie! You’ll get the benefits of a high-nutrient superfood, a lower risk of urinary tract infection (UTI), and possible cancer prevention.


1 zucchini, peeled and seeds removed

½ cup frozen cranberries

Handful of spinach

1 date, pit removed

1 tbsp flaxseed

2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

½ tsp salt

Dash of cinnamon

2 cups almond milk


If you’re meal-prepping these, add all the solid ingredients to a mason jar and freeze. When you’re ready to enjoy, dump the contents into a high-speed blender, add the almond milk, and blitz!
