How Do You Access Your BURN Workouts & Programs?

When you are logged into your BURN account go to the BURN Library page or click “Workout Now” (the gold button in the upper right corner from your desktop computer browser, or the 1st option on your mobile menu).

If you do not see “Workout Now” in your menu, that just means you are not logged in to your account. Here are the steps to login:
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. If you aren’t sure what your password is you can reset it by clicking the “Forgot Password” link underneath the “Submit” button.
4. Once you are logged in, click “Workout Now” and you’ll see your workout library and/or programs.

What is the Difference Between the Monthly Membership and Premium Membership?

With BOTH levels, there are two fresh workouts posted each day - one "Mini-Melt" which is about 30 mins long, and one "Signature BURN" which is usually 45 mins long. Many of our members login and do one of the fresh workouts each day. If you scroll down you can also see the workout library. You’ve got access to the past week’s worth of fresh workouts AND the other workout libraries - Ignite, CORE/Targeted, and Stretch libraries. Those workouts are shorter - usually 10-15 mins. You can use the filters to search for specific workouts, and you can favorite ones you know you’d like to go back to.

The difference with the Premium plan is that you have access to Mandy’s entire workout library - over 1,000 workouts! Basically you are getting ALL of Mandy’s Signature BURN and Mini-Melt workouts, instead of just the past week’s worth.

How long are BURN Workouts?


BURN workouts have a variety of durations:

• Signature BURN - About 45 minutes
• Mini Melts - about 30 minutes
• CORE/Targeted - Range from 5 -15 minutes in length
• Ignite - 10-14 minutes
• Beginner BURN - About 15 minutes
• Stretch -  Range from 8 -12 minutes

What equipment do I need for BURN workouts?


The beauty of these workouts is that they require minimal equipment and can be done with just your body weight and a little space. At the beginning of every workout Mandy will let you know the equipment she will be using in that particular workout. Most are built around a resistance band, a set of dumbbells and sliders (paper plates are a popular swap!)

How do I know if I am fit enough for this kind of workout?


BURN is built for every fitness level and every kind of body. Yes it is a challenging workout but there are modifications and progressions throughout the entire sweat so you can choose to move the way you feel comfortable with. There is no judgment & no scorecard. It is designed to strengthen as well as inspire everyone.

How can I sign up for classes?


Click the "Sign Up" button in the upper right corner, or this link: https://mandydimarzo.com/signup, then click the gold "Sign Up" button under the Membership Tier you'd like to select, and you'll be taken through the sign up process.

How do I know which Membership Level is best for me?


Every level (except for the Daily Pass) has a 7 day free trial option (enter code "7DAYFREE" when you check out). If you aren't sure where to begin, we recommend starting out with the "Monthly Membership" level because that will let you access all of the different workout types that Mandy offers. Then you can spend those first 7 days trying each class type to figure out which classes you'd like to have access to moving forward.

Does Mandy offer personal training or workout customizations?


At this time Mandy does not offer personal sessions or consultations. However, if you are looking for movement modifications or clarification on BURN movements and methodology we recommend you check out the videos in our Beginner BURN Library. Those workouts are specifically designed to offer you more information and guidance with all things BURN.

How do I change Membership Tiers?


• Sign into the website and click on the circular white & gray people icon to open the account menu, then click "Membership". 
• Look for the tier you would like to switch to and click "Switch Now" at the bottom of that column. 
• Re-enter your billing confirmation to complete the switch! 

Please note: You won't be able to click on the button of the tier you are already a part of.

How do I re-activate my membership if it has lapsed, or I previously cancelled it?


• Login to the account you used originally at mandydimarzo.com/signin. If you've forgotten your password you can use the "Forgot Password?" feature to reset it.
• Click on the circular gray & white icon in the top right corner and click "Membership"
• Look for the tier you would like to sign up for and click the "Switch Now" button at the bottom.
• Enter your billing information to complete your sign up!
