Nourish bowls can seem like a lot of work to pull together, but for this one, I used some leftover ground turkey from taco night earlier in the week and paired it with some roasted sheet pan veggies. An extra side of greens and an avocado topper helped supplement with additional fiber and good fat for a balanced, nourishing, and filling meal.
1/2 cup Quinoa
Ground turkey: Render in a pan and cooked through until all pink turned brown. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
Cauliflower & zucchini: Season with same seasonings noted above. Drizzle with olive oil and roasted at 375°F for 20 mins. Flip halfway through.
Quinoa: Microwave for 90 seconds.
