Trail Mix Energy Bites

This no-bake recipe uses all things that can typically be found in the cupboard, pulls together in minutes, and is the perfect on-the-go snack that’s packed with nutrients and healthy fats.



1 cup rolled oats

1 cup seeds (sunflower, pumpkin)

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1 cup nut butter

1/2 cup organic maple syrup

1 tbsp ground flaxseed

1/2 tsp salt


Mix all, scoop onto parchment paper lined sheet pan. Chill for 20-30 mins. Hand roll once mixture has set and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
