Tart Cherry Smoothie Bowl

Tart cherries are loaded with anthocyanins, which have been known to improve brain cell function, reduce inflammation, and even slow aging. Try them in this delicious smoothie.


¼ cup almond milk

1 scoop protein powder

2 frozen avocado slices

1 tbsp psyllium husk

Handful of spinach

5 oz frozen tart cherries

Blend all until you reach a thick, smooth consistency.
