Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
Salmon
Broccoli
Avocado
SEASONING / GARNISH
Olive oil
Salt
Smoked Paprika
Tahini
Sesame Seeds
Preheat oven to 375° F. Season sweet potatoes and cook them first. After 15 mins, add salmon. After another 10 mins add broccoli. Plate with watercress and fresh avocado. Garnish with tahini and sesame seeds.
