½ cup raw cashews
½ cup raw pecans
½ cup walnuts
¼ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
¼ cup shredded or flaked coconut
Avocado oil spray
Season to taste: garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt
Mix all ingredients and spread out in an even layer on a sheet pan covered with some parchment paper and pop them in a 350°F oven. Roast for 8-10 minutes, keeping a close eye on them! They burn quickly.
