Ingredients
Basil
1 carrot, julienned
1 cucumber, julienned
1/4 purple cabbage, julienned
Kelp, Miracle, or Rice noodles
SAUCE (or store bought Ponzu)
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
Instructions
Soak noodles in boiling water then drain.
Fill a medium skillet with hot water and soak rice paper for 30 seconds or until just pliable.
Pile herbs, veggies and noodles in the center of the wrap and fold tight.
Combine all sauce ingredients and use for dipping.
