If pumpkin spice has no season for you, this is your new favorite post-workout smoothie.
INGREDIENTS
1 large frozen banana
¼ cup pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
2 heaping tbsp almond butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch each of cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt
Enough non-dairy milk to get the blender moving
DIRECTIONS
Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour out into a glass and top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbles (optional, but recommended!)
