Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

This is a protein smoothie that is anything but boring or bland. Blitz this up after a workout and replenish yourself with a seriously delicious and nutritious smoothie.


1 large frozen banana 

¼ cup pumpkin puree* 

2 heaping tbsp almond butter 

1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice 

1 tbsp chia seeds 

Pinch each of cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt 

Enough non-dairy milk to get the blender moving

 *NOT pumpkin pie filling. Look at the ingredients and make sure it’s 100% pumpkin!


Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth. 

Pour out into a glass and top with non-dairy whipped cream and graham cracker crumbles (optional, but recommended!)
