Mother's Milk Elixir
Instructions
- Boil the water and steep the herbal infusion for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Pour the infusion into the blender—reserving the herbs—with the almond butter, honey, and cinnamon. Make sure that there is an opening on the blender lid for steam to escape.
- Blend on low and gradually increase the speed until the mixture is frothy.
- Pour into a heatproof mug and enjoy immediately.
- You can reuse the herbs for a lighter tea, simply add more boiled water and let it steep.
