Mother's Milk Elixir

Instructions

  1. Boil the water and steep the herbal infusion for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Pour the infusion into the blender—reserving the herbs—with the almond butter, honey, and cinnamon. Make sure that there is an opening on the blender lid for steam to escape.
  3. Blend on low and gradually increase the speed until the mixture is frothy.
  4. Pour into a heatproof mug and enjoy immediately.
  5. You can reuse the herbs for a lighter tea, simply add more boiled water and let it steep.
