I love to drink matcha if I need a little afternoon pick-me-up. Matcha has a much gentler boost of caffeine than a cup of coffee and with this recipe, I double down some additional nutrients and healthy fats.
INGREDIENTS
1 Pique Tea matcha packet
1 tbsp coconut butter
1 scoop Vital Proteins collagen peptides
Dash of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
2 cups hot water or unsweetened almond milk
DIRECTIONS
Mix ingredients together!
*If you have time to blitz this up in a blender, you can add a medjool date for a little sweet treat!
