INGREDIENTS
6 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 C Dried blueberries
1 C Cashews, raw
Zest of 1 lemon
1 T Lemon juice
2 Scoops vanilla protein powder
DIRECTIONS
Add dates, blueberries, and cashews to a food processor and process on high until a sandy texture forms. Remove the lid and add the remaining ingredients. Process again until a dough starts to form. Form the dough into balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
