2 tbsp hemp seeds
½ cup spinach
Small handful of broccoli sprouts
1 kiwi, skin removed
2 tbsp almond butter
½ frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
Prep the dry/solid ingredients in a sandwich bag or mason jar, take out, and add the almond milk to the blender when you’re ready to blitz.
