½ frozen banana
¼ cup frozen raspberries
1 cup lacinato kale (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Unsweetened almond milk
Blend all until you reach a thick, smooth consistency.
