Green Machine Smoothie

Kale is an acquired taste for many. Whether you love it or hate it, you can’t taste it in this smoothie. You could even give it to your kids!


INGREDIENTS

½ frozen banana

¼ cup frozen raspberries

1 cup lacinato kale (fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Unsweetened almond milk


Blend all until you reach a thick, smooth consistency.
