Fab 4 Smoothie

When creating a smoothie, it’s smart to include the fabulous four. That’s protein, fat, fiber, and leafy greens. When you include the fab four, you have an incredibly balanced and nutritious meal.

1 tbsp almond butter

1 cup spinach

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop chocolate grass-fed beef protein powder
