Dark Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

This dark chocolate cherry smoothie hits the spot, while still keeping it lite. The cherries are packed with anti-inflammatory properties and are great for muscle recovery. The best part is this is totally meal-prepable in just a few minutes. Put all the solid ingredients in mason jars and store in the freezer. Take out and add almond milk when you’re ready to blend.


1 cup Tart Cherries, frozen

½ Banana, frozen

1 cup Spinach

1 tbsp Cacao

1 tbsp MCT Oil

1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

Dash of vanilla

1 tsp Flaxseed (optional)

Almond Milk 


Put in blender and add the almond milk when ready to blend!
