This smoothie is the perfect recovery drink for athletes with a sweet tooth. It truly tastes like dessert, but the tart cherry, protein powder, and MCT oil offer some serious post-workout benefits. This can be easily meal-prepped too. Freeze all the dry ingredients in jars. When you’re ready to drink, dump the contents in the blender, add liquid ingredients, and blitz!

1 tbsp cacao
