Super Simple Coconut Chicken Tikka Masala!
1 jar of Maya Kaimal Simmer Sauce
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
Salt to taste
1 can (14 ounce) full-fat unsweetened coconut milk
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
3 cups cooked rice or quinoa, for serving
Add liner to a slow cooker. Pour coconut milk into the slow cooker first. Add chicken after that and season with salt, to taste. Add simmer sauce on top of that and cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Once cooking is done, remove some of the liquids, then stir in the yogurt and cilantro. Serve alongside grain of choice. I chose quinoa.
