Don’t sleep on the cinnamon! It contains antioxidants with anti-inflammatory effects and has prebiotic properties that may improve gut health too.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup spinach, packed
1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
½ avocado
½ banana
¼ cup organic peanut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
Pinch of salt
Dash of vanilla
Coconut water / Almond milk
DIRECTIONS
Blend until desired consistency and add coconut water and/or almond milk as needed. I do about half of each.
