Just a little banana, almond butter, and protein powder go a long way here! You’ll barely notice the zucchini and kale with the creamy and chocolate flavors in the other ingredients. This is great for a meal on the go or a late-day snack.
INGREDIENTS
½ banana
½ cup zucchini, peeled & seeded
¼ cup kale
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
1 cup almond milk
DIRECTIONS
For meal prep: freeze all dry ingredients in a mason jar. Throw contents in the blender and add almond milk when ready to enjoy. Blend all until smooth and creamy.
