Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie

The frozen riced cauliflower adds a lot of fiber, but not a lot of flavor. This smoothie is a great way to sneak in some vegetables.


1 cup frozen riced cauliflower

2 scoops of vanilla protein

1 tbsp flaxseed

¼ cup blueberries

Pinch of salt

Handful of spinach

1 cup almond milk

½ cup coconut water
