Blueberry Oat Smoothie

This smoothie is a great small breakfast if you have a morning workout and don’t want to go unfueled or too full.


½ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 cup frozen blueberries

½ cup quick oats *certified gluten-free if necessary

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

Unsweetened almond milk

Blend all until you reach a thick, smooth consistency.
