INGREDIENTS
½ banana
½ cup vanilla coconut yogurt
¼ cup cauliflower rice
¼ cup sprouted oats
Vanilla protein powder
Vanilla almond milk
Optional toppings: Coconut whipped cream, sprinkles
Blend all until you reach a thick, smooth consistency.
